La falta de recepción se nota mucho a la hora de buscar aclaraciones, mi llave no se encontraba en el lugar designado, me tocó ver una discusión con el portero y una huésped, la gente que limpia los autos no deja dormir.

La app me permitió reservar la habitación que quería, al momento de reportarme con “AB BED” me dice que no está disponible, que tiene disponible solo una habitación con 2 camas matrimoniales, a lo cual la acepto luego me refieren que se comunican conmigo cuando la habitación esté lista para ingresar, el acuerdo se hizo a las 9:23 AM, no recibí ninguna respuesta, a la 17:50 mando nuevamente mensaje para ver si ya se podía ocupar y no contestaron solo me dejaron en visto, a las 20:00 volví a mandar mensaje y este no lo leyeron.

No me pude hospedar, al llegar no hay recepción y la persona encargada solo se comunicaba por WhatsApp, al llamarlo se escuchaba borracho no se le entendía y al final me dijo que mejor me regresara a mi casa. Si quieren perder tiempo y su dinero adelante, pero nada recomendable

Me gusto que esta muy cerca del centro de Chihuahua, como referencia esta a un lado de la plaza del Marichi, La habitación exelente. No me gusto que no tenga recepción. Le falta capacidad a su internet.
