"I booked this hotel believing it was in Quito. When I was told it was 6 hours from Quito I tried to cancel. They wouldn't refund. So, Sheriton lost any future bookings from me. Screw Expedia too. Not the best way to conduct business. These corporations are too greedy."

"The best part of this hotel is the location and the staff. The Customer Service service is wonderful. The location is right behind the cathedral so it’s right in the midst of el centro histórico. The breakfast is wonderful with a lot if selection. The downside is the noise. I requested a room change ..."
