"Have stayed here several times over the years. Great location, and views of the river. Rooms are very generous in size, and clean. However, things have been sliding downwards ever so slowly. Staff if no longer as helpful as they used to be, and the on-site restaurant is no longer a decent place to eat. It is understaffed, overpriced, and the food quality leaves a lot to be desired. It's a shame, because the place used to be really awesome, and is still decent for the most part."

"Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and larger than expected. The only downside was guest room doors slam shut very loudly, night and day. When built there wasn't enough soundproofing between floors. We were kept away until 3 in the morning with the sound of walking in the room above."

"Room was okay. There was a hair on the bathroom wall by the shower. AC did not work at all. You can tell it needed some freon or something. Warm air came out throughout day/night. Left a day earlier cause of it."

"Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland."

"The guy at the front desk was super dismissive and not helpful. They charge a $50 flat fee for pets which is nice if you stay a while but not nice if it’s only for a night. Location is by the freeway but the area is seedy. Room was very cramped, shower pressure terrible but it was hot. Breakfast had options but none tasted very good. The place smells like chemicals. Not happy for the price."

"This is my second time staying at this motel. Everything was great, check in went smoothly and quickly. The shower head is made for someone taller (I'm not that thin and felt like I had to run around in the shower to get wet) but otherwise the amenities were good for a motel. For some reason the road noise seemed really loud this time--might recommend bringing earplugs. Other than that, I'd definitely stay here again."

"This hotel was beautiful! I only had a few nitpicks. The room was very clean, the lobby area was very well kept. The lights & light switches were a bit hard to find, some would turn off one light but turn on another. The hotel seems to kind of expect you to know your way around, you are not given any kind of info about amenities or wifi. The front desk staff were great! Checkout and check in was super easy"

"Clean room very good, staff were friendly, breakfast was good but wish there were more different food. Parking was nice but dandelion white stuff flying everywhere and looks like snow. And we will come back next year 2027."
