"So when we arrive Thursday afternoon could not check in until 3 pm cause there system was down and there was no one at the hotel that should been my sign to check out . So we we stay so we wake up Friday morning to some type of bug crawling on our sink in the bathroom so I go to front desk ask for a new room and we get it , but to top it off the air conditioner doesn’t work so we check our that hotel . This was a nightmare "

"My wife and I spent two nights at the Omni Las Colinas while attending a concert over the weekend. The hotel’s location, staff, and amenities were great overall. The check-in experience was somewhat disappointing, as the front desk staff paid little attention to us and seemed to rush through the process. It wasn’t a major issue, but I felt it was worth mentioning. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable. Our only real complaint was the breakfast experience. After being seated by the hostess, we waited quite a while before anyone came to take our drink order, even though the tables around us were being served promptly. In addition, the buffet selection and food quality were underwhelming. I would recommend having breakfast outside the hotel instead. Other than that, everything else about our stay was excellent."

"The room smelled like dust. No extra towels available. Microwave not working. Take your own shampoo and conditioner only trial size available. Breakfast ok. Tv ok. I guess you get what you pay. Overall ok. Beds fine and parking."

"Not clean. Sheets not white. Stains on everything. Took $60 deposit for any stains or anything wrong with the room, when the room was already filthy. Deposit was returned and was aware of the pre-stains."

"i travel for work usually i prefer stay close to airport and breakfast included so i can have a meal and get to wor in the morning. the world class breakfast claim fell flat once i woke up to go it was waffles and juice coffee no bread no eggs nothing just empty table though it had the hot plate and other appliances sitting with nothing in or on it. i asked the front desk, the answer was, sorry sir we didnt get the delivery”. nothing change the next day except there was cheapest white bread. front desk personnel change every 4 hours i noticed. i guess some cheap labor on part time schedules. overall i wud say the motels industry have lost their edge and american charm. long gone the days. it feels like this motel industry is taken over by some alien entity and it aint good old american charm. its something else definitely. lesson learned next time pay some extra money and or compromise on distance from airports but definitely will rent a room in HOTEL."

"Room 109 had a bad smell in it the matters was was sunken in from prior room rentals & the matters was hard You would think the property manager would pay close attention to a horrible smelling room with a worn out mattress before renting it out, It showed me that the property manager has bigger concerns about renting a room under horrible conditions As opposed to accommodate patriot with a clean tidy room"
