"It is a really nice property! Staff is AMAZING! “Aux petits soins” The food is Good! The Spa is Fantastic! The only thing… is not about the hotel… it’s all about clients attitude… they are not respectful and quiet and they SLAMMED the doors all the time - 7am or 11pm They just don’t care if you are sleeping, tired or not… So I had a concern about that… and I just tell the Guests relations desk… and guest what? No more! Voila! "

Wifi que no falla, cama cómodas, agua caliente, calefaccion y no se escucha ruido alguno; el desayuno sencillo pero suficiente y rico; y si sales a tour mas temprano te preparan un lunch para que lleves lo que es super bueno. "The VEAT staff and owners were extremely helpful to me during my stay there. The hotel is in a great location - easy walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants. It was very clean and quiet, and I think it's the perfect place to stay in Puerto Natales. The restaurant next door is owned by the same family that runs the VEAT and is excellent!"

"A wonderful place with beautiful landscapes! The service from all the staff was phenomenal—Javiera, the receptionist, Maria, the waitress, and the chefs, who cooked exquisite meals. Highly recommended! The week we spent at the hotel was unforgettable. The room cleanliness was excellent, the fireplace in each room was super cozy, and the landscapes were breathtaking and unforgettable. We will be back soon!"
