"I had the most amazing time at this resort. The service is outstanding and nothing I’ve ever experienced before. They made me feel special every single day as I was there on a solo vacation celebrating my birthday. The butlers and managers are exceptional. Victor and Sergio are awesome. I believe they’re are managers. So personable and welcoming. I had the pleasure of Jonathan, Lidia, Daniel, and Elvis as butlers for the few days I was there, and all extremely helpful and attentive.
