"The room smelled and the AC was loud. The ceiling was peeling. The walls are so thin that I could hear my neighbors at 5:15am having a conversation with a lot of profanity. It woke my four year old and he couldn’t go back to sleep. Instead, he heard lots of inappropriate language. We quickly packed and left. I won’t use this hotel in the future. "

"Room were small but fine for the price. Breakfast was good. My only concern was that it appeared that the owners extended family might be living there and there were constantly a lot of kids in the lobby running around and not being controlled."

This is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in. The food was not hot, the front desk had to fix the orange juice as only water was coming out. "The whole staff and shuttle driver went above and beyond, when i got back to the airport and found my car not there. Easy booking an extra night until i could get a ride home. The shuttle driver took me back and forth to try to rent a car. Offered to take me to get food. I only stay at this Hampton Inn when i do travel out of the airport. Close enough to places to walk and get some food without having to worry about getting on the main highway. They are always clean and always Daily coffee and...

"Close to the airport, friendly staff and convenient shuttle to the airport. Room was big. Hotel kinda had an odor, most likely from allowing pets. Over good experience. "

"Staff was courteous and allowed us to check in an hour early, which was very nice. However, there were several issues with the room. The bathroom door didn't properly fit and you had to forcefully pull it closed, which was extremely loud to both open and close. Also, the in-room alarm was previously set, which woke my wife up at 3 a.m. and she had to figure out how to turn it off in the middle of the night. But the biggest problem was the smoke alarm, which started doing three-chirps at 4 a.m....

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at RT Lodge. Staff was fantastic! They were all well put together polite and were there to help you with anything that you needed. The restaurant was delicious and had new things for us to try! The Lodge is nestled in the woods in Maryville, it was a great location that made you feel away when you were in the city."
