While I appreciate the new ownership and their efforts to improve the facility, I'd like to point out several areas that need attention.
The room was not ready at check-in and felt very old for the price. It was also much smaller than described, and there was no proper place to hang clothes.
In the bathroom, some lights and the exhaust fan weren't working. After cleaning, a used towel was still hanging there. The old air conditioner was positioned to blow directly onto the bed, which was uncomfortable. Also, I was disappointed that despite paying a $20 pet fee, there were no facilities for pets.
I hope this feedback will be helpful for their future improvements.
