"The Barcelo Reforma hotel was in a great location. Convenient to sites and restaurants. The staff was courteous and responsive yo our needs. Everyone was efficient, courteous and helpful. The concierge staff could offer both Uber and taxi service though public transportation was nearby. The tour agency located in the hotel did an exceptional job to get us on a late booking to the pyramids. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"The room and the bathroom were very clean. It was very convenient to have a quick breakfast at Café Tamayo inside the hotel. The Blue Bar was nice, and we watched the Super Bowl on the two big TV screens. We also had dinner at La Huerta, which was very good. The concierge was very helpful.
