"This hotel is in an older neighborhood. The exterior made us a little suspect but once we went inside we were thoroughly impressed. Very clean , neatly decorated. The restaurant was great and very affordable. Will definitely return. "

"Arrived late but waited 5 min for staff to let us in from outside. Window in room was open so room was infested with flying insects. AC would not shut off so had to unplug. Unusually poor lighting in room. The only negative experience we’ve ever had in a Hampton Inn. "

"The front desk staff, Andrea in particular, were friendly and efficient. Everything was top notch at the hotel. Except the pool. I was surprised and disappointed it was closed. The weather was in the 90-100* and part of the reason I came was the pool. They shouldn't advertise a pool when it is closed for so much of the year. Apparently, it doesn't open until April regardless of the weather, or that a huge majority of customers ask about the pool."

"The room was clean. Staffs were okay. I don’t want to talk about the bar and kitchen side. Oh my god, if you are someone sensitive about the smells, stay away from kitchen area or casino area. I almost throw when I entered the casino area. I couldn’t even reach to the kitchen for breakfast due to the horrible smell coming out of that area. If you are there just for drinking and smoking, this hotel is good, but if you are there to relax (even a bit), stay away from casino area. Just go to your...

"El servicio con el Chofer fue muy malo y falta de respeto perdi mi vuelo por que se nego a llevarme al Haereopuerto cuando yo en la lista estataba de primero y mis hijos no kiso montar mi mascota y yo escoji ese Hotel por que hable sobre mi llevada al haereopuerto es un mal educado y perdi mi vuelo tube que salir 3 oras después deven de distituirlo y le encanta la propina lo bi en el garreopuerro como se la entregan "
