I tried to call the front desk, but the room telephone was out of service. When I went back to the desk, they gave me the correct WIFI info, opened a ticket to get the telephone serviced, and apologized profusely. My WIFI was fine once I returned to my room. "The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was helpful but there was a particular staff that was probably new and she spoke English but I didn’t think she understood."
