"Really liked having a balcony and loved the pool. I thought it was a fab, unique idea of having the pool depth be shorter than most adults (and probably tall kids) so there was no real danger of accidents. "Zeer goede ligging- kamers proper maar niet enorm ruim. Geen amenities op de kamer maar op de laatste dag ontdekt dat je die aan de receptie kon krijgen. Leuk zwembad maar niet voldoende ligbedden ivg met het aantal gasten. Ontbijt correct. Overall zou ik terug boeken omwille van de ligging en de goede verhouding prijs kwaliteit."

"Id expect my room to be cleaned for 4 days when i paid usd1300. We requested to have the bathroom cleaned everyday and towels replaced. We had to ask for the towels and bathrobe since they were not replaced. The bathroom was not cleaned everyday. Good location. Sgd15 to either sentosa or mbs via grab. Walking distance to China town. MRT connected to the building. Nice lobby to have drinks. They need to change the clan t tree room every other day policy. "

We asked the staff for a pair of chopsticks but they said they don’t have them (surprisingly for a 4-star hotel) The only plus point of this hotel was the Bellman ,who was so helpful in handling our luggages !
