"El único problema del hotel es su elevador. Me quedé 4 días de los cuales dos me quedé atorada en elevador. Y la última fue hoy 18 de junio q era mi día de salida y tenía mi vuelo de regreso y eso me ocasionó inconvenientes con mi viaje ya q debido a eso llegué retrasada y perdí mi vuelo original. Los empleados y técnicos nos indicaban q los dueños del lugar no quieren invertir en arreglar el elevador y que ya lleva bastante tiempo ocasionando los mismos problemas . Sería excelente si lo...

"Very welcoming reception, very accommodating - twice we left our keys locked in the apartment and the gentlemen at the reception were helpful. Very safe; most conveniently located. Don’t miss breakfast at La Dolce Vita. Most comfortable beds - my back pain was no where to be felt. Very clean."

"The suite is very roomy and comfortable. Despite the busy area I was able to sleep without noise. The cleaning service is extra, they do not clean unless you pay the extra service. The elevator is annoying and old fashion, it does not work properly. In overall the location is amazing. "

"Very good apartments around 30 minutes on the metro to central Madrid. Main complaint is the overhead shower head fell on my head! Twice! Reported it to reception who fixed it only for it to happen the next day again. Reported it again when leaving and that receptionist said it hadn't been recorded. That was probably (hopefully) an isolated incident and overall the apartments are very good."

"The apartment was comfortable and located at walking distance of several points of interests, although location is not pristine. Everything needed for my stay was provided. Communication was not great, there were problems at check-in and also problems with the access code which were not readable to start with and did not work until they were changed twice, that part was not great."
