Clean all over the hotel but house keeping lacking in our room, i.e not clean the first day. Furing stay, cutlery and linen napkin and glass wasn't taken away to be cleaned until a day later."

The sink in the bathroom was cracked and chipped. And the room was a little small. On the bright side, the location of the hotel is superb. Close to train, bus...and across the street from the Queen Victoria Building (QVB). The hotel is pretty clean and eco friendly."
