Don't get me wrong. Staff was very friendly, Room was clean and food was good. Unfortunaetly when is -1 outside and you turning heating off from 8pm for over the night. Room temp droping to 12 degrees. When I arrived heating was on but not, when ive returned from meal. I'was shivering all night and ...

I stay here 2 or 3 times a month and it seems i'm charged a different amount month, sometimes for parking, sometimes discounted parking, this last time they wanted an additional hold on my card and worse of all.. No cookies in my room this time! The cookies are awesome usually!
