"Everything was amazing! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and so comfy all around with everything stocked you could possibly need. Beautiful onsen and locker rooms with locking cabinets. Even the food and dessert was incredible! "

"Es handelt sich um einen großen Hotelkomplex. Wenn einen das nicht stört ist es aber ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit allem, was man für ein paar Tage in einem Onsen benötigt. Die Bäder sind sehr groß und bieten viele verschiedene Optionen."

"Our room was spotless and exactly as described on the site. The check in process was very easy and staff were very courteous and listen to customers. The best part was the location of the hotel for it to be connected directly to the train station. For those who want to have various food options for either breakfast, lunch or dinner you have all things available just a floor below. Thank you "
