"Our room was quite damp due to aircon and humidity so the Guest Experience Manager arranged for this to be changed within minutes. Reception was great and sent a bottle of wine and some treats to the room. Bar staff at the lounge bar were fantastic especially at the lounge bar, Charles and Angela ..."
