Brand new Hearing Aids went missing from the room. Charged an extra $30.oo for parking. No clean towels for a 3 day stay, despite 3 promises. Will never stay here again

Average hotel in every aspect: Amenity- hotel was an old building with recent renovations, though the soundproofing is terribly poor. We were on 2nd floor and all the sounds made by the guest on the 3rd floor can be heard very clearly. Cleanliness - the Keurig coffee maker has the "Descale" light ...
