"Really enjoyed our stay. Found the home to be very authentic and interesting. Lots of space and the outdoor area was wonderful. Clean room, with lots of extras in the room from a Roku TV to wine glasses. Nice host as well, who went out of her way in assisting us with our needs. AC worked excellent during that hot spell. A+!"

"If they send you a 10 digit number and a blanked out email, the 10 digit number is the contact phone number and it is not the one on the website. There is an issue with emails and Expedia I guess so they will text you that as it isn't the one on the website. The service seems to operate only from 9am-5pm EST so calls outside of those hours may go unanswered. Otherwise, they were quick and prompt to resolve any issues, cottage was clean, beds were comfy, blankets were very warm, bathroom is tiny...

"I have stayed at the "School House" many times, and I love how quiet. I know the manager and I just met her soon Royce. It's funny I retired as a captain with American Airlines, when we had to go back to Dallas Tx, it was known as back to the School House! Funny and I flew Pratt and Whitney Engines, and Rolls Royce Engines. Very funny. I now live in the 1000nd Islands, and visit friends in Maine. I therefore head south to North Conway NH to visit close friends living there. I love that...

"New IHG property in Conway NH was wonderful. Front desk Jordan is a gem! We stayed with our dog and the room was perfect i.e. not near a stairwell or elevator so traffic was minimal. Very clean room and public areas. Can't say enough good things about this hotel."
