"I booked this room based on the Google Maps location so that we would be within walking distance to the Water Buffalo Racing Festival. The location on Google showed .5km, the actual distance from the festival was 7.1kms, NOT walking distance. We also didn’t enjoy waiting for 30 minutes for a staff member to show up for our check in. Another guest was waiting too, but walked away after waiting longer than us. And finally, after a long drive, I didn’t notice until the next day that the staff...

"This property is very poorly located and service is not great"

"I stopped at the Edge property first two weeks of June 2026. The property itself is ideally situated with LK Metro and Soi Bukao approx. 3 - 5 minutes walk behind the property with lots of bars, restaurants and Live music. You are also right on Second Row where you can jump on a bart bus round to Walking street, beach road and the assortment of bars, restaurants and all that goes on there.
