I loved this hotel! You couldn’t ask for a better location, right in the heart of the city, surrounded by things to do, restaurants, and bars. The room was spotless, and I loved the style. The reception staff were incredibly friendly, and the shower gel was honestly one of the best I’ve ever used. I genuinely had to resist the temptation to take it home! This place is a 10/10, and it was great value for money too.

Inspite of a little misunderstanding during check in, the management and the staff made it up during our stay stay with exceptional service. Overall it was a great experience staying at this place and on their first floor there is a gentleman who runs a tour service, this man was just amazing, if you need any tour excursion, please give him the business, you will not be disappointed 👍👍

A great hotel in Chongqing. Right in the city centre, you can access the main shopping streets, the subway, and plenty of restaurants. The room we booked wasn't quite ready, so they gave us a free upgrade! The staff at the front desk, named Yoyo, was incredibly helpful when I lost an item on the train. She contacted the station for me and had them check. Even though the item wasn't found, I really appreciated the effort she put in to help me find it. Would definitely recommend this hotel :)

Everything is excellent about this hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms and amenities are clean are cozy. Location is very convenient. Highly recommended. Check in tips, make sure your rooms are matched what you reserved. We assigned to a wrong rooms but the hotel / hotels.com quickly resolve that. Overall, I am happy with my stay.

Very very central location for first time visitors to Chong Qing - you are just 2 minutes away from the Liberation Monument and we can see it from our hotel room. Staff are all very nice and helpful. Room layout is very functional. Nice shower head with consistent hot water. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Free laundry is another nice feature of this hotel.
