"There are so many great things to say about this hotel. Beginning with the staff, which is almost always the most important part of a hotel, they were all great. Very professional and accommodating. They were always there when we needed them. The food was excellent. Every meal was a great experience. Our compliments to the chef! The building and grounds were so nice. Everything looked brand new, and was very well maintained. The pool was really nice. We stayed in the Magnolia suite. As a person who travels a lot, this room is way up on the list. Very spacious. It has a large secluded balcony with lounge chairs, recliners, a fully stocked mini bar (reasonably priced), and jacuzzi. The property is a 5min drive or short walk to restaurants and the boats that go to the isletas. It is also only about 15min to downtown Granada. Overall, we could not be more pleased with our stay. The weather wasn't great all the time. But, if we were locked in this hotel for our entire stay we would have still had a great vacation. We will be back..."

The rooms are beautifully designed, and the volcano view was a highlight. The pool is amazing, perfect for pictures, and offers a breathtaking spot to enjoy both sunrise and sunset. The added bonus of kayaks made the experience even more enjoyable. One day was not enough— will definitely be returning for a longer stay. Highly recommended: 10/10"
