Titanic Hotel Liverpool
All good. The room had a bathroom with assistive equipment. Not asked for. Difficult to use. Basin had no cold water to run a toothbrush under. Toilet was lower than normal. A very odd experience

Park House Hotel
Very friendly staff(Becky on the bar was lovely).Room was great with plenty of tea,coffee and hot chocolate available.Great choice of drinks on the bar.

Last Drop Village Hotel and Spa
We normally come all the time and it is a lovely place to be and staff are amazing and lovely. But this stay was our worst one yet. There was bugs all over our bed. Stains all over the carpet and the room had a foul smell to it like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

Doric Hotel
Room wasn’t set up for a family and they changed our room last minute, bed was really uncomfortably sore back and couldn’t sleep , shower was no power in it at all , staff looked run off there feet but were lovely, Breakfast wasn’t that hot but it was really busy

Village Hotel Warrington
Struggled to get in and out the bath to have a shower as there was no handrail - I felt very unsafe. Even if there had been an additional non-slip mat available to go into the bath it would have helped. Apart from that the staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was perfectly fine. Novotel Liverpool Paddington Village
I love staying here when we visit Liverpool. I can’t fault it, it’s friendly, clean, the rooms are spacious and bathroom too. Breakfast is fabulous, such a variety of hot and cold. The staff are so pleasant and welcoming.
