"The staff was nice. The hotel has thin walls. I could hear conversations in the parking lot and the waffle timer beeping. My room was next to the lobby. But there were no cups for making waffles; and when I went to make one they didn’t have enough batter. The TV did not work. Did not use the AC and have no pets. The traffic noise was dreadful."

I was told the $6 was the fee for any damages etc. I get home and see that the hotel charged me another $94 and some change.
