Positive: Location next to the beach. Large sliding door facing the beach to open and let the ocean air in. Clean apartment. Plenty of parking. Check in was very easy. Cons: Beds weren’t very comfortable. Had no hot water one night. We had been out for half the day when we came back and the shower was cold. Not sure if the water heater malfunctioned or if it feeds more than just the one apartment. It worked the next day. Overall we chose this booking for its proximity to the beach and we were happy with the easy access. Would stay here again, but might bring our own mattress.

Communication with the host was good, the living room looked clean, the bathroom had mold, cobwebs in different areas and lamps, the bathroom drain gave off an acidic smell and most of the furniture is worn and old, in the next door a Rooster. I would rate the overall cleanliness at 8/10

Great location. Excellent parking. Needed some tidy up. Air con not working, shower head didn’t fit holder, so water sprayed everywhere, not enough towels 2 towels for 2 people for 4 days, very small rubbish bin with no instructions where to empty it. Value for money, just needed a few tweaks.

Easy check in, mostly good facilities but really need some maintenance and updating around the outside area. The thing that lets it majorly down is the bed. I don’t think I slept an hour over the whole night. Could feel and hear the springs when moving. That is the thing that sticks in my mind and overshadows the good.

Apartment had tired decor - furniture and floors marked especially in the bathroom - needs refurbishment (painting etc). Chipped and cracked cups and glasses. Patio door did not lock. Shower drain slightly blocked and slow to drain. Nice location by the beach and staff friendly.

The apartment was large and spacious, but poorly maintained. The roller blind over the sliding door was broken. Two of the slats on the bedroom window were missing. The door to the balcony was sticky and nearly impossible to open. There was an alarm in the stairwell which was going off during our entire stay. The host spoke limited English. We loved the size of the room and the water pressure (which was excellent). We were a little disappointed in the number of items that needed repairs.

Not being able to lock the front sliding door was the biggest issue. Unit security was extremely weak. The stairs access door had to be held shut to ensure the auto lock actually engaged. The flooring outside of the bathroom has lifted causing a tripping hazard that we had to be very aware of. One out of four bathroom heat lamps were working and the main light didn't work. We requested additional FOB keys but there was only one available. The garage allocated to us had the unmistakable stench of urine so we took another which caused issues with other guests. Will not be recommending this location.

Kitchen was ok but the whole apartment was too sterile. Was not welcoming at all. Front door was very difficult to lock and alarm went off every 90 minutes all night. No beach views as property was on a back lot . so no! not a very fun stay

We booked two units. One was totally fine (slightly dated but no big deal). The other one had a strong mildew smell. We reported the issue and they switched our second unit, but the replacement unit smelled of cigarettes even after we aired it out for an hour. So we only ended up using one of the two units. The lady who ran the place was nice and attempted to solve the problem but it wasn’t an issue she could solve.
