"My recent stay was excellent. The room was clean, and the breakfast fulsome and delicious. In terms of the staff, Florence was absolutely lovely and gracious. She provided great customer service and leven helped me by offering me an early check-in. And Marco was also wonderful. His client service skills are excellent, and he helped make a number of restaurants reservations for me. Both Florence and Marco strived to make my stay welcoming and enjoyable. "This hotel is recently renovated. The location is excellent especially in good weather as it is a block from Luxembourg and four blocks from St Sulpice. There is a school next door so you hear the children playing which we enjoyed otherwise a very quiet street. The air con and showers are good. The elevator is tiny so make sure you time check out accordingly. Only criticism is that they need more help at breakfast when hotel is full. Great staff . "

The staff was wonderful throughout my stay, especially Samy at the front desk, who was incredibly patient, helpful, and kind during a time when I truly needed assistance.
