"Rooms are old and need a face lift and they have a restaurant and other facilities that aren't used anymore. But honestly a cool hotel. Almost feels resort like. Staff were also amazing."

"When calling the front desk, no answer or response after leaving voice mail. We had to go to the front desk to actually to get service. Wifi didn't work. Washroom was damp and had poor ventilation. "Being a country girl I didn’t realize or read properly that it was dorm rooms not being used in the summer. - My husband and I had a joining room - meaning a double bed in 2 spaces or rooms with the bathroom in between with a sink toilet and shower. "This was a large one bedroom apartment that was very spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was located very close to the Rideau Centre for supplies. Only complaint was that laundry detergent was not provided and that some of the appliances were old or not operating properly."
