"Property is outdated"

"This was a beautiful property, well located to get to other areas and enjoy the beauty of this region. The views from our balcony were amazing, the staff was very helpful. The place was very clean, our room was recently renovated and was very nice. Good size! We had breakfast one of the days we stayed and it was very good! "

There were plenty of activities for both adults and children. The complimentary boat ride and trolley were unexpected and a great addition to our trip. We are already planning our next trip for 2027."

"A bit too far from the small town; the 2 weddings took control of some amenities and food was not up to price point. Otherwise a nice inn with sufficient parking."

"We had the perfect weekend at the Tugboat Inn! We loved the rooftop deck! The bartenders were great and the drinks and food were delicious. The view of the harbor was amazing! The food was outstanding in all the restaurants on site. We tried them all! The lobster bisque was sooo good I had it a few times! After dinner we enjoyed live music in the tavern. We enjoyed our stay so much we are already planning our return visit!"

"Great hotel! Staff friendly and helpful. Room spacious, clean, everything working. Shower roomy, spotless, good pressure. Complimentary breakfast was excellent with real maple syrup and wild blueberry compote. Couldn’t ask for a better stay."

"We were looking for a quaint little motel and Mid Town Motel was perfect. We were able to grab the last room which only had twin beds, but we didn’t mind for our short stay. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The employees were both helpful and friendly. We will definitely return."

"Steve (the host) was a GEM! He was so accommodating when my partner and I were attending a wedding nearby (but were running late), and got us into our room quickly. The property was immaculate, cozy, and. the grounds were so well maintained (plus, the AC was frigid). We'd love to come back!"

"Everything was great. Great location, great staff. I did have a slight issue on the last morning. I was abruptly woken up at six in the morning by a guests two children running around yelling then banging the outside chairs up against my wall. I knew it was a shared space. I just didn’t know it was that shared. It just stinks because I got away so I could get a couple of good nights sleep for once. I guess it’s just hit or miss depending on who the other guests are. No fault of the inn but...
