"We were very happy with this hotel. The man at the reservation desk was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. I wish they would have had a laundry, though. Breakfast was good. One friend enjoyed the hot tub."

"Very comfortable bed and pillows. Clean bathroom. The room was highly fragrant when fan was on (I get headaches from smells) and I couldn't open the window for fresh air. Room was stuffy Front office staff very pleasant."

"I was charged $196 for a room we didn't ever check in to. The property has no elevator and I cannot climb stairs. I understand if the property was full on the first level, they could have simply refunded the room. Instead they turned us away and kept the money."
