Every time I needed back in my room I had to go find the front desk person and have them unlock my door with the master key. Do you know how hard it is to always find a person at the front desk on a weekday??? They would put a sign out on the counter when no one was there and it said to ring the bell or call a certain phone...

"This is a nice facility. It is not cleaned well at all. Needs to have much better vacuuming. Made our stay not so pleasant. Ketchup on the wall by the cooktop. Cooktop was very dirty, gross. I would not stay here again. All due to the fact they don't clean stuff."

"NOT A MARRIOTT EXPERIENCE!! The room unfortunately smelled like body odor, and the loveseat had stains on it and was gross. The pool and the hot tub were not available the entire four days that I was there. They also did not clean my room the day after I checked in."

"When we arrived at the hotel it did not appear as the it did in the pictures. You could tell the property was not well kept. The hot tub by the pool was closed for maintenance the 4 days we were there. There were no towels in the pool area. The room was dirty. The room smelled and the carpet was wet.
