Very nice property. Staff was nice. Room was nice. Only problem was the bed sheets had nasty stains and it was identified too late to courteously request help.

Booked for 4 guests. Only 2 towels. Requested more towels multiple times. Waited hours for them. Our golf cart was stolen from our charger station and we didn't get a replacement in over a day. Definitely overbooked vs staff and capabilities.

This resort is beautiful and easy to get to from Florida using Makers Air. The ladies at the reception desk make the whole experience perfect. They are welcoming and even offered to show me a couple of room upgrades, which I took. The resort is spotless and everything you need is in walking distance. The food was good and came out quickly. The waiters were slow compared to the waitresses. The cabana I stayed in had high in touches and included an outdoor shower. The spa was first class with massages and facials. Just a wonderful experience and a great way to relax.

Service was slow and disorganized some days. Nothing to do other than sit on the beach or the pool unless you’re a fisherman.

This location is fabulous! The beach is a dream come true! Only the service at the restaurant (beautiful location by the way) is extremely slow. The waiters and waitresses are doing their very best, but the kitchen has definitely production issues...

Not much here if that’s your thing!
Fairly new and clean but lacking in all aspects, especially good service. If you want to do nothing, this the place. If you have a boat, great place. If eating and drinking are your thing, nope!

Tom, Thank you for your review. We currently offer paddle board, snorkel, golf cart and bicycle rentals, complimentary island tours, and excursions on the Chub Runner provide snorkel tours around a sunken barge and trips to the Blue Hole and Flo's Conch Shack. The Sea Glass Spa boasts an array of massage services. There is also a fitness center and basketball and volleyball courts. We have the Clubhouse Restaurant, Tiki Bar, and the Nauti Rooster for dining and drinking and will be unveiling the Beach Bistro in the Summer of 2019. Chub Cay is constantly developing and we will be breaking ground on the new amenities center in the very near future. We hope to host you again in the future.
