"The toilets in all rooms constantly ran out of water to flush them. We had to get after the front desk many times to get water in the toilets so we could flush them. This hotel is extremely overpriced considering how bad a shape it is in and the lack of maintenance. We will never stay there again. "

"Reserve una habitación que no daba al mar (no tuve esa opción), pero la que tuve daba al estacionamiento. Horrible. Sin cortinas, solo con black outs enrrollables. Y por sobre todo tolerando un ruido inaceptable toda la noche por unas bombas que estaban justamente en el estacionamiento. Me parece una pena pagar casi usd 185 la noche por una habitación así. "First, they charged us for 3 nights. I let them know that we missed a flight from Buenos Aires to Puerto Madryn. I sent via Expedia but was charged for night before we arrived. I asked for ½ off but they said no. Room was hot and wouldnt cool. Poor shower as well."
