"Fantastic overnight spa stay. All staff were so polite, helpful and professional and made us feel very welcome and that nothing was too much trouble. Spa was a lovely experience with great variety of different experiences to try. Had a facial treatment which was a lovely experience Spa kept clean at all times . Hotel room lovely, beds very comfy. Breakfast was a wide variety of continental items to help yourself to and then a pleasant surprise to have a full English breakfast cooked to order rather than queuing at a buffet . Ambience was lovely and staff were smiley and doing a fabulous job . Lovely relaxing break. Only downside was would have loved spa access a bit earlier on the day of check in. "

Only negative is need some improved directions on how to reach hotel from rail station as hotel did not answer request for directions and Google sends you to terminal 2 which ends up in a walk on a busy road when in fact rail station is merely a few mins walk via a dedicated footpath "

"Hotels.com asked for a breakfast specific review, so: Breakfast was a quick and simple hot and cold buffet with plenty of delicious things on offer. Decent coffees are an issue though as you have to pay extra, which seems a little old fashioned. and sometimes they don't switch the coffee machine on early enough."
