Our original room had stairs which might be difficult for us to navigate at night so they changed our room. The new room wasn't immediately available but they quickly finished the cleaning for us. The whole team, from receptionist and cleaners to management, they are very friendly and helpful. They offer toiletry produced locally. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing! Great choice, fresh and generous portions. A couple of days we had early departures and George arrange for a takeaway breakfast option for us. "We loved our stay at Riviera Suites. It was like new and very clean and impeccably finished. Also super convenient to everything in the harbor. The view of the Harbor was amazing. Not a complaint, but you do need to carry your luggage up the stairs as there isn’t an elevator, but that was a minor inconvenience. Overall a fantastic experience. "

"The space was all I needed. The location was in the heart of the car free old town area. More the enough shopping and restaurants were extremely close by. I took the bus from the Chania airport and walked maybe 5 to 10 minutes. Incredibly convenient location and easy to access."

Would have benefited from someone on reception to give advice about best places to go to and what to see. The reception was unmanned during our stay but the restaurant staff were very helpful. "We got a balcony like we asked for (though not guaranteed), and they allowed us to check in early when our room was available and clean. The room was nice, modern, and had just about everything we needed. The reception just downstairs was available at reasonable hours to accommodate however they could, whether that be extra towels or blankets. Oh, and the location is phenomenal, so close to amazing restaurants and bars (check out Lime), and the old venetian harbor is easily walkable (10-15min)!...
