She kept in contact without being intrusive and obviously cares that her guests have a pleasant stay. 100/10 for the sunset views - it is a true westerly view from the balcony. Be aware that the town elevator close to the property is currently out of order so there was quite a climb to the property. I don't say that to be negative, I stand by the 5 stars overall, just be aware because one reason to book this property was the elevator...

"We had a basic economy room so expectations were not high, but the room was very basic. No fridge/mini-bar, no coffee in room, mattress was bad and pillows terrible. Just a partial ocean view as well. That being said, it was clean and the location was perfect to hit all 5 towns in a day and a half. There was no restaurant and very few choices in town or close by. Breakfast was pretty good each morning. For the price and location I would say it is worth the stay."

The apartment was perfectly situated — just a short walk from the train station, which made visiting the other Cinque Terre villages incredibly easy. "Niceapartment. Big and clean. Large terrace with great views over the village towards the sea. Apartment was easy to find and very central in Riomaggiore. Self check-in was easy and comms/instructions from staff were good. Overall was a good place to stay but expected a lot more given the price (e.g. coffee and water were not complimentary which was surprising given how expensive the room was per night. Pictures show plants/greenery around bathtub but this was just an empty trough of soil...

"Property was as describe, view was perfect, easy to find. Very clean AC wasn’t the best, however, we visited from the US so our AC is very cold. We never saw the owners, they left check-in instructions. They were semi- responsive già whatsapp. Bed is a very firm mattess. "

"Very poor communication, did not hear from anyone up until about 5 minutes before checking. We had no where to go with our luggage and ended up paying for someone to watch it so we didn't have to pull it all over. The stairs to the room were very narrow and unsafe especially at night when you could only put a light on at the beginning of the climb so we had to use our cellphone to shine the flashlight in order to see anything!
