The property was ultra convenient to the main shopping and eating street in Taormina just a few steps away. The room was spacious and clean. "It has great views and staffs very polite room clean as well. But no amenities and only give out one bottle water upon arrival just ridiculous for me . One bottle water they charge 4.5 euros!"

"My husband and I both loved this beautiful hotel. From the time we were checked in by the lovely Ada, until the sad time when we had to leave. The hotel is lovely and the views are breathtaking. "Staff were incredible and the views and pool and breakfast were fantastic"

"The check-in process was a bit ludicrous lacking front desk (reception) staff that had to be coordinated for every move, even to pick up and drop off our car. The shower in our room not only barely had water coming out but there was "limited" hot water to shower with during the winter months (December), that for a medium hair length woman, not enough hot water to wash the hair. Gabriella, the housekeeping lady was the one thing we enjoyed about our stay. "

"You stay there because of the view and central location. Huge price tab of a Ritz or Four Seasons without the customer service.... Staff is not terribly helpful at times. We asked for a "Do Not Disturb" sign for bedroom several times. Crickets. We asked to change a large Euro bill. Crickets. We asked for a late checkout for one of our several rooms. Nope. But the view is stunning!"

"We had the beautiful patio room with an amazing view of Taormina and the sea. Room was spacious and clean. Close to shops and sights. A little short on basic amenities, like a simple box of tissues. And while somewhat charming, access to hotel is in the middle of a flight of an ancient stone staircase, which was challenging with luggage in the rain, No real reception, you get a code to the main door.
