"Arredamenti e location bello e affascinante, il borgo in pietra fa il suo effetto, mi è sembrato però che la gestione è ancora ancorata a vecchie logiche, un esempio è stata la mancanza del disinfettante e la giustificazione "la titolare lo deve andare a comprare" (non hanno un ufficio acquisiti?!) o anche le grucce negli armadi che sembrano "recuperate dai negozi". La camera era un pò bassina e quindi fruibile per un terzo dei mq dichiarati. Non abbiamo usufuito della SPA, dalle foto ci siamo...

"We were looking for a quiet and tranquil location and this is it. Wonderful views from the magnificant gardens which surround the tastefully restored monastery. The exterior and interior have been tastefully renovated to the highest standard and our room was perfect. Yet the main contribution to our stay was the warmth and oustanding service that we received from the whole service team. We loved this hotel; we have travelled all around Europe and feel this is the best we have stayed in."

"Breakfast was great, many choices from eggs to cheese to cereals and yogurts and breakfast pastries & at 12€ also great value. The whole hotel is immaculate including bathrooms both those with the room and the public ones. Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. The location is amazing , a 3 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the Piazza Grande & close to many good restaurants.
