"This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel!! Broken cupboard in bathroom, broken toilet seat, no tissues, no tea or coffee sachets yet a kettle was supplied, we assumed 2 small bottles of water in fridge were complimentary, however we were charged 4 euros at checkout for taking them. The supermarket around the corner were charging 55 euro cents for a 2 litre bottle of water! The only positive comment is about the breakfast waitress who was lovely."

"Excellent and comfortable hotel located within 15 mins walking distance from the Olivia airport terminal. Loved the Illy espresso machine in the room. The Bacchus Restaurant was superb and the included continental breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The bartender was very hospitable and the drink options were fun 😁"

"My wife and I loved this hotel and their staff. The rooms were clean and had excellent air conditioning. Free private parking, excellent breakfast. We arrived during a very busy season and there were limited accommodation. Daniella helped us get situated and really made us feel at home. "Air conditioning didn’t work properly. For such a newer hotel the AC should be working. Also know this isn’t in the best area. After what we paid and the AC not working definitely not worth it."

"Olbia rooms looks brand new, although the proprietors said that it opened a year ago. Staff is on site to welcome you, and they are fantastic at communicating before and after check in. The room was very comfortable and quiet, and the site is actually within walking distance of Costa Smeralda Olbia airport (about 15 minutes). It's not the best walk, however, and might be worth the bus ticket. There's a bus stop just across the busy road, and there is a crosswalk that drivers acknowledge. The...

"The area is a little sketchy and dirty, make sure to park on the left side of road only. Do pre check in for directions of how to get in your room as there is no on site office. My room had one bar of hand soap-no shampoo conditioner shower gel. Inside is renovated nice, bed was comfortable."
