"Horrible communication. Took hours to get the check in info because the system was down to register and did not receive until after an hour spent looking for the place. Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. Had to drive another hour...

Elisabetta reached out prior to our arrival, and was more than happy to arrange a taxi for us to get to our bus to Cortina. When she heard we didn't have much time, she offered to pack us a nice lunch, complete with fruit and water to take along. "I really enjoyed the style of this place. The clean stainless steel, wood, and glass made for an elegant European aesthetic. My room was tiny but functional and well designed. The staff were friendly and very helpful. My only complaints were that the room was stuffy and the to-go breakfast was just packaged, processed, dry food. The location was excellent; near the gas station and market, and easy walking distance to the pizza joint. I would stay here again."

Parken vor Ort nur auf öffentlichen Straßen gegen Gebühr oder vielleicht weiter entfernt auf einem Großparkplatz. Check In ab 17 Uhr. Frühstück eher italienisch also überschaubar, aber in Ordnung. Für die Durchreise und Wanderungen insgesamt in Ordnung aber kein Schnäppchen."
