"Cosimo was an amazing, graceful and courteous host. The B&B rooms were modern, with a great shower, comfortable bed, good wifi, and most importantly, clean. As with most smaller B&B’s, it’s located in a mixed use building. It’s located in the Marina Area, which is busy with many restaurants, bars and pastry shops close by. "What a magical hotel in the heart of the city. The staff were exceptional and gracious. The artwork is like being in a private museum. The rooms full of wonderful surprises. Our particular suite was huge. The double rain head shower and also a Turkish steam. Again exceptional. Everything it la crème de la crème We had the best dinner in Sardinia. "I normally do not write reviews, but this place is perfect. The hosts could not of been nicer. Do not be scared of adjacent washroom. The place is great and just where you want to be to enjoy an evening in the Capital. Highly recommended!!"

"This is not a hotel. It is a group of rooms, each with an ensuite, that share a common lobby. They have provided everything you need. It's impeccably clean and has a ton of charm. A little tattered walls/paint but not a big deal. Wonderful staff! You have to take the stairs up and then take the lift. Once you leave the lift, you have to go down a flight of stairs again. There is a lot of street noise but it calms down later at night so sleeping was fine. Big TV. Outstanding location, close to...
