"Location , breakfast and overall v nice hotel"

"Wonderful location in the middle of the old town. Spacious and clean but do be warned that you'll be climbing some stairs. But there are some opportunities for improvement: Yes there is a really cheesy room safe, it was useless. The electronic lock didn't work and it wasn't even bolted down. Also, on the last night we were there, the AC system started throwing failure codes and wouldn't work. We had to open windows to keep the room habitable and Dubrovnik is a late night party town so we managed maybe three hours of sleep at best. We were offered three phone numbers to call in case there was a problem but nobody answered any of them. "

"A fabulous small hotel right in the centre of Dubrovnik just off the main street. Very friendly and helpful staff. Extremely clean. We didn't use any of the facilities in the hotel as we went out as we were so close to dozens of restaurants. One point to note is that as this is a protected building in a UNESCO World Heritage site there is no lift."

"I stayed for 2 nights on my way back from Montenegro to fly out of Dubrovnik airport. I stayed in the top floor studio. I arrived around 4 pm and checked out around 3 am. Instructions were clear and the main entrance was open and lockbox was easily identified. Very clean room with slanted ceiling and a small kitchen perfect if you want to prepare a couple meals, also had a small washer/dryer unit. The place was also really easy to access from the Old Town main entrance. Highly recommend!! Greetings from California."

"What a beautiful, modern hotel. Fantastic views from our room and especially the restaurant. We had dinner which was gourmet quality, and breakfasts were excellent. Very nice spa facility which was a great break from playing tourist. Staff were consistently excellent. A relatively easy walk to the old town. Highly recommend the Bellevue."

"We were celebrating my partner’s birthday and they treated us so special from start to finish! I highly recommend this hotel. The amenities and spa are lovely, the washes in the bedroom are high quality, the staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious, and the hotel is a short walk to the old town. Will be coming back for sure!"
