"Lovely - very comfortable & friendly staff.
Fridge not cold, minor amenities like water, milk for coffee & English channels on the TV were not provided or accessible. Overall - felt like home & we would stay again."
"Guesthouse Esma is Quiet and safe neighborhood, 10 minute walk to the center of Rovinj with good access to parking. There is a supermarket close by with cheap coffee and breakfast pastry, snacks and food for picnicking at the beach. If you have a car this place has parking, you can hop a car ride to many beaches near Rovinj to enjoy. Walking into the city in the evening is about 10 minutes, just know you walk uphill to get back to Guesthouse Esma. We stayed in the single queen bed room which is...

"Tolle Unterkunft für Familien. Bietet alles was man im Urlaub mit Kindern braucht. Pool, Strand, alle wasseraktivitäten, die man sich vorstellen kann. Tennisplatz, Basketball-/fußball-/Handball-Platz, super schöne Spielplätze für die Kinder. Einfach toll. Einzig das Restaurant am Pool ist sehr überteuert und die Qualität Tagesabhängig."
"Das Haus an sich war ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles sauber. Man sollte wissen dass das Haus direkt an einer stark befahrenden Straße liegt. Erholung im eigenen Garten ist hier Fehlanzeige. Drum herum wird auch gebaut. Das heißt man hat eigentlich permanent nur Lärm um sich herum. Gleich zu Beginn hat eine der Klimaanlagen Wasser verloren. Hilfe wäre erst am nächsten Tag gekommen. Kaltes Wasser im 1. Bad. Und das gerade als man duschen wollte. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen....
