"This was by far the worst hotel I stayed in, in Boston. The hotel is poorly designed and laid out like a hospital. The rooms are difficult to find and numbered in a strange way. The staff were not helpful. As I was checking out, I waited quite a while to speak to the lady at the front desk, who was on a call and kept me waiting for 20 minutes, at which point I had to leave for work. I had a very basic question for her which I had to leave unanswered. And the breakfast options were absolutely abysmal. This place should get shut down. I don’t understand who liked this place enough to leave 4 star reviews."

"We had a wonderful stay. Location was perfect. We were able to walk to so many locations and to get on the train was right outside the door of the hotel. And the staff was amazing. So helpful on how to get around town and great suggestions on where to eat. Tony did an amazing job. We enjoyed working with him. Would highly recommend this hotel!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are set up in close proximity to the elevators and you can easily access the restaurant on the ground floor through the same elevator. The location was great, the service was great. The check-in and out process was seamless and easy. They even arranged a taxi for us to the airport as we were traveling very early in the morning with kids. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others. "
