"My staff arrived just before office closing and called me 15 mins later to say they could not stay in the room because of a musty & mouldy smell and one of the beds had stain on the bedding! I had to give them permission to leave and get a room elswhere!
Extremely disappointing after ready 9 star reviews...never stay again."

"Office is only monitored M-F business hrs. So not sure how to communicate after hours? We arrived late on Thursday and were not in the room we booked. Dealt with that issue in the morning on Friday and it was quickly resolved and our parking space was moved to a secure indoor parking space once they noticed we had bikes. We were happy that we were there during business hours. Unsure what would have happened if this was on a weekend.

"Parking was very convenient and right outside my room. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Truck depot next door, so it could be noisy at certain times of the day but not overly so. Walking distance to Sobey’s, liquor store, restaurants, and shops. Quick drive Uptown.
Building is old and there weee signs of its age, particularily in the bathroom and in the entrance. Would have preferred that there weren’t cigarette butts all over the ground outside the rooms.
