"we were first given a room with bad smell , after going out for lunch after check in the keys didn't work, so I asked for a change due to the smell, distance from the entrance and the multiple elevators that need to be used to access it, the room was changed to a handicap room that was not comfortable at all but at least need one elevator, The first night at 12:18 someone opened the door while we were sleeping, I approached the front desk asking for explanation how a stranger can access the room...
