"It was an ok hotel. I wish I could have searched more hotels in the area. For the price we paid which was the most expensive room we stayed during our 6 nights stay, the room was ok; carpet was dirty and the bathroom was old and small."

"I am not sure if the hotel was being renovated but it was not in good condition. When you walked in the lobby looked okay. Once in and you realized the conditions it was too late.
The 2nd floor had all the mattresses outside the doors. I did ask for a 1st floor room and the staff said “that’s all we have”.
When we 1st walked into the room it looked questionable. By the time we were settled, the sink faucet was broken, water didn’t drain, towels and shower curtain looked like mildew. The...

"Front desk staff was very unprofessional. They talked amongst themselves while we waited. Housekeeping person looked at her list of cleanings for the day and used profanity and threw a fit. Never going back. Who needs that?"

"This hotel is an oasis. The external neighborhood is your basic off-the-freeway strip mall area, which means it is a convenient location for places you might want to go. But once you are inside, you enter a peaceful, almost resort-style environment. The staff was very attentive to our requests - which included putting a 2nd chair in the room. Note that you should request a refrigerator if you need one. There are no microwaves in the room, but there is one available for use in the common...
