"Had to wait 30 minutes around midnight when I got in before anyone came to the front desk... and that was after calling them upwards to 20 times while standing in the lobby. I witnessed this happening to more guests as well. No slip prevention mats I've the tub/showers. No microwaves. No coffee makers. Rooms were very drab / colorless."

"The room was very clean. The beds were super comfy. The pool was well maintained and the water was nice and warm. The free breakfast last until 10:30 so didn’t have to rush the kiddos in the morning. Convenient location."

"Room was a touch warm on the 2nd floor, there is no AC from what I’m told, we visited in April, so luckily the outside temps were moderate at best. I would be unbearable in the summer without AC. Room was extremely clean and owners were very accomadating. Breakfast was fantastic, I’d stay again, just not in the summer"

What we did not like is that I called on 3 different occasions and spoke with 3 different women at the front desk and emphasized how important it was that we have a refrigerator. The first woman told me she had written down our request. The second woman told me it was entered in our information, and the third woman told me the same and assured me we would have a refrigerator and a microwave upon arrival. We arrived...

"Pubes in the sink. A/C blowing out heat, then the thermostat actually fell out of it. A dead room phone, shower/water handle came off, ice cube tray looked like an ash tray. Fridge & microwave from 1978. Restaurant is no longer on site. Homeless, sketchy looking people living there. The school bus actually picks up their kids there. No pool. No ice machine and it smells like wet dogs & dope! We will NOT be going back. Waste of money!!!! Didnt bother with the "breakfast" didnt want to risk it....

"At 5 am, there was staff talking very loudly in the lobby which woke me up and kept me up since our room was only 2 doors down. There was no continental breakfast set up at all. We have stayed here before and this was a low point. Please get it cleaned up and be more responsible to your customers."
