"Nice clean hotel on airport property, and a fifteen-twenty minute walk to the terminals. The front desk staff could take a lesson friendliness. My biggest beef with the property is that it doesn't have a room with two queen beds, so traveling as a family of four required us to book two rooms."

"Excellent stay with outstanding service! I had a wonderful experience at the Diplomat Hotel, largely thanks to the incredible staff. Every interaction was smooth, welcoming, and professional. I want to give a special mention to staff on duty when checked in, who went above and beyond to be helpful during my stay. Her exceptional service, attentive care, and warm hospitality made a huge difference and truly made me feel valued as a guest. The entire team here clearly works hard to ensure guests...

"Very friendly and accommodating staff and a good hotel to explore Prague from. Would stay there again."

"Todo excelente lo recomiendo totalmente"

"Beautiful room in a beautiful and perfect location. The reception staff are amazing! We will definitely be back again. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!"
