"staff was very helpful with resolving problems with my reservation from Expedia cancelling my reservation unknown to me had plumbing problem and had to move at 3am they had no mechanic in facility was on call and was an hour away not good room breakfast location all great"

"It was a very nice hotel to stay at, especially for a night or two if you’re looking to have a quick getaway the only thing that I would complain about is paying to park, but other than that, it’s a nice hotel and the staff for great as well as the room in which you stay in"

"The room was very clean and spacious. Weirdly only one tiny wastebasket for the whole room. The pool was nice and the hot tub great. There is a sweet grey residence cat on property made the stay for my kids so much better. The area is convenient to a mall and the staff is professional with ideas and recommendations for dining and activities The breakfast was standard usual eggs and bread, yogurt oatmeal. There was pork products being served and when asked for alternative I was told not today. So I asked the manager and the breakfast lady made us some which my son gladly ate. They had some wrapped Jimmy dean bacon biscuits in a warmer that was hard from being held, the coffee was so so for such a large hotel. Overall it is a mb for staying again"

"Stayed one night, arrived late, everything went as planned from the great shuttle driver (Mark), quick check in with bottle waters, to a solid breakfast and quick shuttle ride to car rental counter. "
