"Amazing place! The ladies in reception of the hotel where we picked up the keys were so lovely. The apartment was stunning and over 2 floors, beautiful big bay window over looking the sea and the beds were very comfortable. It was extremely clean and tidy. Also loved the spa. Thanks for a great stay! "

"Location excellent. Grounds and gardens beautiful with plenty of wildlife. Cottage quaint but in need of modernisation. Kitchen basic but needs new drawers as couldn't open many. Not much surface space to prepare food on. No where to keep supplies purchased other than work surfaces and fridge. Shower was not great, needs to be attached to the wall. Could do with a proper electric one to be honest. Bathroom bin not emptied from previous occupier. No wifi and phone signal not great. Not always a...

"A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future."

"Great location and cosy cottage. Lots of wildlife on the doorstep and wonderful rural surroundings. All the basic equipment provided in a compact environment."

"D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility...

"We as a family of 5 + a 3 yr old spent a delightful week at Penuwch Fach in July/August 2024. We were attending an interment and celebration of life nearby so the location was perfect. We were met by the owner and there was a welcome wine/biscuits plus tea and coffee. There is a Nespresso Gusto machine too plus a few pods :). "Absolutely amazing place. Very clean, tidy and the yurt had lots of room with a log fire. Kitchen has all kitchen utensils, crockery etc you need. There's no fridge but there is a cool box. They have a little cooking stove and oven, sink and kettle. Shower with hot water, a compost toilet and a fire pit/BBQ. There is also an outdoor seating are which was perfect for eating breakfast in the middle of nowhere. There are 2 lakes that you can sit by and plenty of walks with benches and hammocks to...

"We had a lovely stay at the cottage! The owners, a kind and welcoming couple, made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond, even taking the time to show our children their animals and letting them help with feeding — a highlight of the trip for our little ones.
